Company Holidays 2018

Solver Support will be closed on the following days for company holidays:

  1. Feb 18 - President's Day
  2. May 28 - Memorial Day
  3. July 4 - 4th of July
  4. Sept 3 - Labor Day
  5. Nov 22-23 - Thanksgiving
  6. Dec 24-25 Christmas
  7. Dec 31- Jan 1, 2019 - New Year's 2019.

Solver Support will reopen on the following business day to answer your BI360 questions.

Expanded Support Hours

Happy New Year! Our first major announcement of 2018 is expanded support hours to better serve our Customers and Partners. Solver Support new operating hours are 6am to 6pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday excluding federal US holidays.

Solver Support Closed for the New Year Holiday

Solver Support Closed for Christmas Holiday

Addressing Expiring License Notification

Solver Support would like to inform customers that if they are getting a message saying that their license is going to expire in 30 days (see screenshot 1) and their license should not be expiring, all they need to do is go into the Administration Tool -> License Management  and click 'Update All Licenses' (see screenshot 2).

Solver Support Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year Holiday Schedule

Solver Support will be closed on the following dates for the holidays: 

  • Thrusday and Friday (11/23-11/24) in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
  • Friday (12/22) and Monday (12/25) in observance of the Christmas holiday. 
  • Monday (1/1/2018) in observance of the New Year holiday

Outside of these dates, Solver Support will maintain its normal business hours. We apologize in advance for any inconveince this may cause.
