License Expiring Update

Solver Support would like to inform customers that if they are getting a message saying that their license is going to expire in 30 days (see screenshot 1) and they feel that their license should not be expiring, that all they need to do is go into the Administration Tool -> License Management  and click 'Update All Licenses' (see screenshot 2).

Solver Holiday Hours

Solver Support will be closed for certain days during the holiday season to give its employees time to spend with their family. Solver Support will be closed on

  • November 24th and 25th for Thanksgiving.
  • December 23rd and 26th for Christmas.
  • December 30 and January 2nd for the New Year.

BI360 Training Tour Stops in Charlotte, NC & Iselin, NJ

Solver’s 2016 training calendar is coming to a close.  So our training department got together and decided to offer our clients/partners an early registration discount for our last two Training Tours of the year.  


If you register by September 19th for our Charlotte, NC tour being held on October 25-27, you will receive a 10% discount off your registration fee. If you miss that deadline, you can still receive a 5% discount if you register by Oct 3rd.

BI360 Version 4.6 Now Available

Solver Support is happy to announce the release of BI360 Version 4.6. User can expect many new features along with bug fixes and enhancements. Some new features include

  1. Workflow in the Portal.
  2. Budget writeback to Dynamics SL.
  3. Improved speeds while using Data Warehouse Manager.
  4. User Interface changes in Planning for easier use.
